Sunnycroft Visit
The children enjoyed their visit to Sunnycroft. They created maps of the grounds and added keys. They also compared the conservatary at Sunnycroft with the glass houses at Botanical Gardens. They were amazed to find out how it was built by R Halliday & Co in 1899.
We also got to see a demonstration of apple pressing. It was hard work to crush the apples.
